Having worked in the industry for over 50 years, Richard focuses on municipal bond trading and holds a client base of bank portfolio accounts, trust departments, money managers and individuals. Prior to CINCaP, Richard held positions at Seasongood and Mayer, Hayden Stone, Gradison, Blank, Conger and Sena, Provident Bank and Reece Campbell.

Dick holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Xavier. He also holds the FINRA designation General Securities Representative (Series 7).
