Jeff Recker
Senior Vice President of Institutional Sales

Jeff has over 30 years in the financial markets and has held positions of increasing responsibilities in the area of Capital Market sales including revenue production from fixed income, money markets & equities sales to institutional clientele. Jeff’s former roles include Vice President of Institutional Bond Sales with Ross Sinclaire & Associates, LLC and Managing Director of Liquidity Sales & Capital Markets for the Bank of New York Mellon. He was also responsible for sales management of FINRA registered reps, site management of the Pittsburgh, Liquidity Services team and compliance and regulatory oversight.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Washington & Jefferson College and received his MBA from University of Pittsburgh. He holds the FINRA designations General Securities Representatives (Series 7) and General Securities Principal (Series 24).
