Richard D. Reis

With over 50 years of experience in the municipal bond market, Dick has an extensive background working with a wide variety of regional and national bond issues and institutional professionals in the municipal field. In this role, he focuses on the sales and trading of national municipal debt. Prior to CINCaP, Dick was a general partner at a local broker dealer before a second career of 13 years situated on the trading desk of a regional firm focusing on high-grade municipal bonds.

Dick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Northwestern University and has served many philanthropic board positions. He also holds the FINRA designations General Securities Representative (Series 7) and Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63).
